With over 10 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, he brings extensive expertise in credit management, financial structuring, risk analysis, and strategic leadership. As MD, PAWAN SHARMA is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, credit portfolio, compliance, and long-term financial planning. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its loan book, enhanced credit risk frameworks, and built lasting partnerships with clients and financial institutions.

Nidhi Mahana is the Chief Financial Officer of BIGFIN ONE, where she oversees all financial planning, risk management, treasury, and reporting functions. With over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in corporate finance, Nidhi has a proven track record of optimizing financial operations, securing capital, and driving sustainable growth. As CFO, Nidhi has built strong relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions, ensuring transparent and reliable financial operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in guiding BIGFIN ONE through its Series B funding round and in securing key commercial loans for infrastructure and product development.
Nidhi is passionate about fostering financial resilience, promoting ethical financial practices, and mentoring future finance leaders.She currently serves on the board of Women in Finance Network and actively supports financial literacy programs for young professionals.
